You’ll make things happen–fast. **About the Role** As a Software Engineer III on the Developer Productivity team, you'll help build systems on our Python-based agentic platform that turn inputs such as Jira tickets, Slack conversations, help-desk requests, and CRM signals into clearly scoped, human-supervised engineering work—then help implement, review, and improve that work. You'll contribute to systems that clarify problem statements, generate implementation plans, run a conversational Slack intake experience, and assist engineers with repository discovery, plan execution, testing, and pull request creation. You'll also help build the platform behaviors—permissions, auditability, evaluation, observability, rollback, and cost controls—that make all of this dependable at scale. The Developer Productivity team owns the tooling, automation, and standards that make engineers across ZoomInfo more productive, and is becoming the company's center of gravity for AI-assisted development. You'll be working within an ecosystem of internal developer platforms, PR and workflow automation tools, and AI devex tooling that spans code review, dependency management, and agent orchestration.
