• Own the integration pipeline: design, shipping, and ongoing maintenance.
• Help other engineers add integrations and raise the team’s standards.
• Create evals and tests to ensure integrations work and detect regressions.
• Tune tool descriptions to improve performance based on feedback and evals.
• Use AI actively while maintaining quality and reliability of what you ship.

• You have a background in evaluating agentic systems or are comfortable with prompt engineering and
