📋 Description

• Process and document consumer complaints by following established workflows and recording required
• Review and categorize complaints using defined standards to support tracking and prioritization.
• Maintain and update case records in program systems and CRMs, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and troubleshoot missing information and coordinate follow-up requests using established
• Communicate and resolve case-related inquiries with consumers and vendors regarding status
• Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders to support timely case progression.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including tracking tasks and managing competing
• Ability to follow established procedures and apply standard operating procedures to routine
• Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping abilities.
