• Become a Trello expert through onboarding process
• Understand product offering through training
• Master platform and support clients on basic requests through ticketing
• Own portfolio of 10 enterprise clients and up to 30 active projects simultaneously
• Answer questions from client portfolio
• Support Customer Success partner on functional and technical questions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role (Level 2 or 3
• Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
• Project management skills
• Good understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
• Solution-oriented, client-first mindset
• Ability to adapt to audience, flexibility in tackling conversation with highly technical
