We're looking for a talented Solutions Architect, Total Rewards to join our team and work closely with our business partners to drive key business decisions and innovate in critical tools such as Workday. Your contributions will help shape the future of our organization as we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible.
The DoorDash Business Technology team is looking for a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards with demonstrated experience and knowledge in Workday Advanced Compensation and its touchpoints across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting. As a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards you will interact directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across DoorDash to capture requirements while designing lasting solutions with Business Technology. This role will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the compensation architecture and tooling used to evaluate and reward employees during our mid-year and annual cycles, including complex Workday configuration and downstream integrations.
This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Business Technology Architecture.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
