At Bitrise our customers aren't solo developers tinkering with side projects. We're talking to mobile engineering teams with 100+ engineers shipping apps to millions of users around the globe. When something breaks in their CI pipeline, it's not a minor inconvenience it's hundreds of blocked engineers. And when something clicks, even just targeted tweaks that slash build times by 25%, the impact ripples across the entire organization. You don't just react to support customers; you help improve how teams ship. This is the kind of moment that brings deep satisfaction.
As a Solutions Architect you'll live closest to these moments. You're the trusted technical voice our biggest customers turn to when things get gnarly - the one who can drop into a tangled build failure, untangle it, and leave the team better equipped than before. But you're more than a firefighter. You help customers grow on the platform, and you carry the signal from the field back to our Product and Engineering teams, shaping what gets built next. If you want a platform to do meaningful technical work, develop thought leadership, and influence the direction of mobile DevOps, this is where you make that happen.
Compensation: $109,500-$185,000 + 20% variable pay
