🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of value engineering/analysis tools.
• Product design analysis, tolerance stack-ups.
• Experience with manufacturing processes for low/high volumes.
• Strong problem solving, DFM, should-cost/could-cost.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, machining).
• Strong communication; training/workshop facilitation a plus.
