With our continued growth, we need to add experienced Sr. Sage 100ERPSoftware Consultants to our team of elite ERP professionals. Ideal candidates will have experience implementing Sage 100 and strong manufacturing and distribution experience. Remote U.S.A.

The Role:

Our Sr. Sage 100 Consultants will have in-depth knowledge of the application and will work alongside a team of laser-focused professionals dedicated to delivering a world-class experience to our customers. Our consultants:

Strategically guide customers through the software implementation process
Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training
Provide timely, thoughtful, and outstanding, post-implementation service and support

Scope of the Role:

Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer
Produce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW’s)
Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing
As the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and customer implementation team
May contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentations
Deliver insightful, engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-person
Provide prompt, professional customer service and support

Day in the Life of our Sage 100 Consultant:

Actively participate in the software implementation process
Lead a team of consultants on client engagements, providing leadership and guidance, as needed
Schedule and participate in discovery meetings with clients to gather requirements for the implementation project
Create and update Statements of Work
Lead configuration sessions with clients
Business process mapping and data migration
