As the Sr. Technology Partner Director, AI Code-gen & Apps, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, managing, and scaling our global partner ecosystem that makes Databricks the best place to build and run AI-generated applications. You will build and own strategic partnerships with leading AI coding agents, app builders, and developer platforms, creating deep product integrations, joint solutions, and GTM plays that connect these ecosystems to Databricks Apps, Lakebase, and the broader Databricks platform.
We are looking for someone with experience building and scaling strategic partnerships across AI code-gen, app-building, or developer tool ecosystems, with a strong track record of driving product integrations, joint GTM, and partner-led growth. The role requires strong technical and GTM acumen, with the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive integrations, joint solutions, and go-to-market execution. Success requires deep expertise in large-scale technology ecosystems, strong communication and prioritization skills, and a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset to build partnerships that establish as the best place to run transactional database workloads.
