• Own roadmap and end-to-end execution for design programs
• Drive program mgmt for the Global Growth design team
• Shape workflows that make the team faster and more effective
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, legal, and product to scope work, set timelines, and
• Maintain visibility into project health, utilization, and priorities for design leadership
• Lead planning and prioritization across cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in design program management or related roles
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional programs
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and how they affect design work
• Experience with Figma, Jira, and GitHub is a plus
