As a Staff Product Designer, you'll operate at a highly strategic level: shaping the product, patterns, and frameworks that define how people interact with Boulevard while staying deeply empathetic, outcome-oriented, and craft-focused.
This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of business outcomes and human behavior, thinks holistically about product ecosystems, and wants to influence not just individual features, but how an entire platform evolves.

Boulevard powers over 40,000 self-care professionals and millions of clients return to the business they love. The platform touches every part of how customer run their business, from the first booking to the final checkout and everything in between. The work you do here has a real, lasting impact across every customer on our platform. The decisions you make will shape how businesses grow, how clients return, and how an entire industry evolves.
At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $158,000 - $197,500 per year. For all other U.S. locations, the anticipated base salary range is $139,500 - $179,800 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
