📋 Description

• Be an early hire on Harvey's central data platform team.
• Build data infrastructure frameworks, tooling, and paved paths used by product engineers, data
• Own ingestion, warehouse, orchestration, and multi-region data residency requirements.
• Develop self-serve tooling and scalable compute/transform frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and observability across the platform.
• Collaborate across Analytics, Data Engineering, product, and Infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating production data infrastructure.
• Deep experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Hands-on CDC/streaming pipelines (Kafka, Debezium, Flink, Spark).
• Experience with ingestion tooling (Fivetran, Airbyte) and buy/build decisions.
• Strong workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Dagster).
• Python and advanced SQL programming skills.
