📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate components and services within the cloud-native platform
• Lead well-scoped projects within your team and translate ideas into designs
• Collaborate with senior engineers to align with architecture and standards
• Improve reliability, scalability, and operability with tests, instrumentation, and runbooks
• Hands-on work on operators, controllers, automation, and platform services
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into engineering work (AI-powered tooling, automating workflows)
• 8+ years with a Bachelor’s, 5+ years with a Master’s, or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent
• 5+ years building, deploying, operating workloads on Kubernetes
• Experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its core primitives
• Track record delivering complex features as a key contributor
• Strong Go programming skills (or another systems language)
