🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience, with a history of scaling complex
• Expert-level mastery of Python, AWS infrastructure, and modern frontend frameworks (React/NextJS)
• Proven experience shaping the technical direction of multiple teams and establishing engineering
• A track record of securing endorsement for 6-12 month initiatives and driving them to successful
• The ability to influence senior leadership and external partners on technical strategy and
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
