Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Confident presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of construction project management methodologies and how change management and stakeholder engagement activities integrate within project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead from both the front and behind, adapting your approach to support team and project needs.
• Experience working in or with both public and private sector organisations.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering value.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Passionate and energetic.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering workplace change and transformation projects.
• At least 4 years of professional experience following completion of an undergraduate degree.
• Proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes through the application of business change methodologies.
• Experience managing programmes and projects within a change or transformation environment.
• Skilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders within complex and dynamic organisational settings.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality change and transformation deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience developing insights to inform change strategies and solutions.
• Formal qualifications in change management or transformation are advantageous.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in the construction/ infrastructure sectors.
