• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that balance long-term partner success with Albert’s commercial goals.

Leadership & Impact

• Act as the voice of the partner inside Albert, feeding market and product feedback to marketing, product and leadership.

• Represent Albert at industry conferences and events across Germany and the DACH region.

• Collaborate with Solutions Scientists and other pre and post sales stakeholders effectively

You will have:

• 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or scientific/R&D solutions.

• A strong, existing senior network in the chemical, materials science, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.

• Credible knowledge of AI solutions that drive enterprise business value

• Proven enterprise SaaS or AI sales experience, with a track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large accounts and consistently exceeding quota.

• A proactive “hunter” mindset — someone who takes full ownership of pipeline generation and deal strategy rather than waiting for direction.

• C-level presence and consultative selling skills, acting as a trusted advisor and focusing on value and revenue impact rather than feature-led selling or pure logo acquisition.

• High personal autonomy and resilience, able to operate effectively in a fast-changing startup environment with evolving product, pricing, and internal structures.

• Fluent in German and English, with the ability to work effectively across both languages with internal teams and partners.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales processes like MEDDPICC and value selling motions

• Willingness to travel across Germany and the broader DACH/European region as needed.
