T2 is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with a minimum of three (3) years of full-time, dedicated proposal writing and proposal operations management experience.This role requires a highly organized, strategic professional who can independently lead the full lifecycle of public-sector procurement responses while continuously improving the processes, content, and tools that support T2's pursuit efforts.
The Proposal Manager serves as the steward of T2's proposal knowledge base and proposal management processes, driving continuous improvement across the organization's pursuit efforts. The successful candidate will develop a strong working knowledge of T2's products and solutions, enabling strategic collaboration with Sales and subject matter experts on complex technical or specialized topics.
