About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced partner subcontracting manager to join CrowdStrike's Professional Services organization. This role will be responsible for managing our Professional Services subcontractor relationships, enabling service delivery capabilities, and ensuring successful execution of subcontracted Professional Services.
Lead partner evaluation and onboarding of subcontracting partners
Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize subcontractor onboarding and management
Develop and drive enablement processes for CrowdStrike subcontracting partners
Manage legal and IT onboarding requirements for CrowdStrike services subcontracting partners
Oversee project management standards and delivery methodology for services delivery subcontractors
Monitor subcontractor performance, capacity, and financial metrics
Develop new subcontracted services offerings in collaboration with services leadership
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, runbooks, and process workflows to support internal and external stakeholders

Provide best-in-class delivery support & guidance to our trusted partners
Provide cross-functional support for selecting and staffing subcontracted engagements
Optimize subcontractor operations using AI tools
5+ years of experience in professional services, delivery management, partner management, or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Proven track record in partner enablement and program management
Experience tracking customer satisfaction and other success metrics of engagement delivery
Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and delivery methodologies
Experience in contract management and vendor relations
Excellence in project and program management
Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
Ability to develop and maintain complex partner relationships
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
