If you are a technical professional with experience in building automation, controls, or refrigeration systems looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you!You will play a critical role in supporting refrigeration andcontrolssystems that power food retail and commercial environments. In this role, you will provide technicalassistance, troubleshooting, and support for customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of refrigeration and control systems.
You’llcollaborate closely with field technicians, engineers, and customers—helping diagnose issues,developsolutions, andimprovesystem performance. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys guiding others through technical challenges and ensuring reliable system operation, this is the role for you!
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technicalassistancerelated to refrigeration and control systems.
Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.
Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
Maintainaccuraterecords of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.

Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance the skills of technicians and clients.
This position follows standard business hours, with participation in a rotating on-call schedulerequired.
2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facilitycontrolssystems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical orcontrolssystems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and engineers.
Availability toparticipateina weeklyon-call rotation.
Experience with food retail case controllers.
Previousfield or contractor installation experience.
Proficiencyin reading and troubleshooting electrical prints and communications systems.
Remote Work Arrangement:
This role is fully remote. As a remote colleague, you maybe requiredto travel to a Copeland site regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which weoperate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.In accordance withColorado EPEWA, the salary/payrange for this role is $62,000-$75,000 annually+anadditionalstipend when on-call shifts occur,commensuratewith the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
