• Lead cross-functional GTM programs in Revenue Ops, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Define, scope, and sequence initiatives on the GTM Programs roadmap with high seller impact.
• Oversee end-to-end programs across process, data, and systems (e.g., quoting, forecasting
• Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize drag and ensure successful rollouts.
• Translate business requirements for GTM systems engineers and admins.
• Provide status updates and risk reporting to senior leadership.

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with systems or data components.
• Knowledge of go-to-market processes and Sales operations (territory planning, lead-to-cash
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner.
