Foundational AI and data platform concepts (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric)
Nice to have: Big4 or top-tier consulting background
Hands-on with Spark, Delta Lake, or MLOps tools
Experience in ERP/CRM/Core Banking/OSS-BSS implementations
Public sector consulting support or sales experience
