📋 Description

• Serve as a primary technical contact for users and customers, coordinating issue resolution.
• Primary implementation resource for client projects from kickoff to completion.
• Provide second-level IT support for healthcare IT systems, diagnosing issues.
• Coordinate projects and tasks with customers, ensuring follow-through.
• Participate in rotating support schedule, triaging requests.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering to resolve problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support or related technical services.
• Bachelor’s in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting IT environments, preferably healthcare.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on PC/server hardware support; Linux and Windows CLI.
