AlediumHR is partnering with an established and growing telehealth healthcare organization focused on hormone health, preventative care, and performance-based wellness.
As the organization continues to expand nationally, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) with hands-on experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to provide virtual care to male and female patients.
This opportunity is designed for experienced NP/APRN clinicians who understand hormone optimization and want to practice in a telehealth environment with technology, administrative support, and clinical infrastructure in place.
As a Telehealth NP/APRN, you will manage patients throughout their hormone health journey, from initial evaluation through ongoing treatment and monitoring.
This position requires previous clinical HRT experience. It is not an entry-level hormone health opportunity.

The organization provides the technology, administrative support, compliance infrastructure, and operational resources needed to support your patients and your practice.
Provide virtual care from home while serving patients across multiple states.
Scheduling flexibility is available, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

$60–$90 per hour, based on relevant HRT experience, qualifications, and the number of active state licenses held.
This is an independent contractor 1099 position.
