Skills and Experience We Value:

• At least 3 years of professional work experience in UI, UX, or product design.
• Experience building user interfaces without the aid of frameworks.
• Experience delivering designs ready for development.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UX and UI design.
• Working professional proficiency in Figma.
• Trained eye for typography, color and spacing theory
• Practical knowledge of interaction design.
• Secondary proficiency in Adobe, Affinity, Linearity, or similar.
• Can contribute to design systems.
