• Maintain clean and orderly offices, hallways, grounds, and common areas per guidelines.
• Work at Park Towne Premier Apartment Homes in Philadelphia, PA.
• Perform resident-requested services and preventive tasks with minimal direction.
• Communicate tasks clearly to residents and team members.
• Follow local and company SOPs; perform other duties as assigned.

• High school education or equivalent.
• No experience necessary.
• Willingness to learn tasks as needed.

🎁 Benefits

• Standard union rate at $18.99/hour, increasing to $20.04/hour after six months.
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
