Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients
Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Provide accounting guidance and problem-solving support
Help improve workflows, reporting, and operational processes
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Collaborate on internal process and technology initiatives
This role combines accounting expertise, leadership, client advisory, and operational problem-solving.
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
An excellent communicator and relationship-builder
Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and systems
Interested in innovation, process improvement, and modern accounting practices
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Controller or Assistant Controller experience
Outsourced accounting or public accounting
Leading accounting operations or month-end close functions
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required. We work across various platforms and value professionals who are adaptable and comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Schedules are flexible outside recurring collaboration windows with our international team. Team collaboration hours generally occur several mornings per week around 9:00–11:00 a.m. ET
