About the Role:

Using your deep expertise in data analytics, sales support, business intelligence, finance, strategy, or consulting, you will play a crucial part in creating compelling, data-driven content designed to showcase Motive’s products and the value they can deliver to customers. As a key member of our Business Value Services team, you will be responsible for analyzing client data and creating presentations that clearly communicate the value customers gain by selecting and continuing with Motive. Your work will directly impact customer decisions and contribute to overall company success.

What You'll Do:

• Provide critical support to the sales and customer success teams through data-driven customer presentations and business cases that accelerate the customer buying process and retain existing customers.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis on companies and their top business problems by integrating data and research from various external data sources.
• Develop and deliver professional, data-driven presentations to convince customers to transition to Motive.
• Use Google Suite/Excel, customer data, and data visualization tools to derive insights and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
