Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.
• Analyze cybersecurity market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to set sales targets and develop strategies to meet them.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing cybersecurity sales team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop cybersecurity sales professionals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage the sales budget for the designated area.
• Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure profitability.
• Deliver executive briefings, Innovation Forums, and/or professional cybersecurity services that are billable such as table top incident response reviews, ransomware runbook reviews, PCI Gap analysis, etc.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, sales team members, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7-9 years of sales experience and leadership experience.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity professional services.
