The Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote professional resource deployed on mid- to long-term assignments with global clients of Growup Technologies.
Post completion of structured training and evaluation, the VA will be assigned to one or more client projects based on demonstrated competencies, performance, and business requirements.
This is a non-technical role focused on business support, operations, and client coordination functions but as a good users of latest technologies and no-code AI Tools.
During training, Virtual Assistants are introduced to multiple business domains. Deployment may occur in one or more of the following areas:

Growup hires two types of Virtual Assistants:
Role allocation is determined based on performance, availability, and business needs.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience OR
Master’s degree with 1+ years of professional experience in any non-academic or non-IT roles
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Willingness to undergo 4 - 6 weeks self-paced training
Ability to commit to a full-time remote work schedule
