Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote administrative support to busy executives and teams
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle email inboxes, draft correspondence and follow up on action items
• Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries as needed
• Assist with data entry, document preparation and general admin tasks

Requirements

• Experience as a virtual assistant, PA or in a similar admin role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
