We are currently recruiting Virtual Assistants of all specialties to join our talent pool for ongoing placements. This job post is a generalized description meant to pre-qualify candidates for different roles. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Handling inbound and outbound customer queries
Ticket management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy
Email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a remote or office-based professional role is an advantage
Willingness to learn and adapt to various client tools or platforms
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools
