Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and operational support to the corporate and executive teams.

• Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and internal coordination across departments.

• Assist with contract tracking, project timelines, and key client communications.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and artist-related activities.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the entertainment, live events, or talent management industry is essential.

• Prior experience at organizations such as Live Nation, AEG, WME, CAA, UTA, or major labels is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
