The Web Engineering team owns our public website (), which is the face of our company and brand and one of the most important ways that customers and prospects learn about Hightouch. We’re looking for a talented senior web engineer who is passionate about crafting exceptional experiences and cares deeply about the story that we tell customers. As Hightouch continues to scale rapidly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we position and promote our new product offerings, including cutting edge advancements in marketing AI and ML.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our marketing and design teams to build, iterate, and maintain our marketing website. Key responsibilities include:

We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
Our interview process focuses on evaluating fit for the most important dimensions of the role: cross-functional collaboration, a strong sense of design and user experience, and experience building production frontend components.
